SAMIKSHA – The International Journal of Management and Technology welcomes original, high-quality, and unpublished research contributions from academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students. The journal is committed to publishing innovative research that contributes significantly to the advancement of knowledge in Management, Commerce, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, and other interdisciplinary fields.
Scope of Submission
The journal accepts scholarly manuscripts that fall within its aims and scope, including:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Case Studies
- Survey Papers
- Conceptual Papers
- Short Communications
- Book Reviews
Originality Requirement
Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original, unpublished, and are not under consideration by any other journal or conference. Proper acknowledgment of all sources must be provided, and any form of plagiarism, duplicate publication, or data fabrication is strictly prohibited.
Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the journal's Author Guidelines. The manuscript should normally include:
- Title of the Paper
- Author(s) Name and Affiliation
- Abstract (200–250 words)
- Keywords (4–6)
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Research Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (APA 7th Edition)
Online Submission
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Authors are requested to complete all required metadata accurately and upload the manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Email submissions are generally not accepted.
Peer Review Process
Every submission undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine its suitability for the journal. Manuscripts meeting the journal's standards are subjected to a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance, and contribution to the field.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before entering the review process. Manuscripts containing unacceptable levels of plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unethical research practices will be rejected immediately.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the research findings or interpretation of results. Transparency in declaring conflicts of interest is essential to maintain the integrity of the publication process.
Research Ethics
Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive information must comply with applicable institutional and ethical standards. Authors should provide details of ethical approval wherever required.
Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editorial Board may decide to:
- Accept the manuscript.
- Accept with Minor Revisions.
- Accept with Major Revisions.
- Reject the manuscript.
The Editor-in-Chief reserves the final authority regarding publication decisions.
Revision Policy
Authors requested to revise their manuscripts should submit the revised version together with a detailed response to reviewers' comments within the specified timeline. Failure to respond within the prescribed period may result in withdrawal of the submission.
Withdrawal Policy
Requests for manuscript withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Editor-in-Chief before publication. Withdrawal requests received after acceptance will be considered only under exceptional circumstances.
Copyright
Authors confirm that they hold the necessary rights to publish the submitted work and that all copyrighted materials have been used with appropriate permission. Submission of a manuscript implies acceptance of the journal's publication policies and ethical standards.
